MODULE II: Operating the Bar

This module discusses the duties and responsibilities of a bartender, and the workflow in the bar.

  1. Enumerate the different duties and responsibilities of a bartender.
  2. Identify the requirements to become a bartender and the qualities of a good bartender.
  3. Appreciate the steps in cleaning the bar before opening, during and before closing the bar.
