Competency-Based Learning Program

The program is designed to help you achieve the required competency in knowing the different concepts in the bar, operating a bar, preparing and mixing cocktails and mocktails, and providing wine service. You are required to go through a series of information sheets in downloadable PDF format inorder to complete each of the learning objectives. In every module, references are available at the end of the information sheet to assist you. You are expected to answer the self-check after each module.
